Our interior designer will sit down with you and go through the building floor by floor, room by room and discuss function, furniture requirements, storage needed and lighting requirements. We will come up with a furniture plan, kitchen plan and lighting plan with that information & make informed suggestions on moving walls & windows according to your needs and requirements before you start building.

Once you have furniture layouts & electrical plans it makes it much easier not only for your builder to work from, but for you to project manage the build and answer questions on site.
